Precautionary Measures

At Grays we are committed to employee and customer safety.

We have taken the following precautions:

• Wearing of gloves & safety mask
• Maintaining social distancing of at least 1 meter at our premises and while doing deliveries
• Monitoring & recording of employee’s temperature using the infra-red thermometer.
• Regular (Hourly) hand sanitizing, Employees are  requested to sanitise their hands  regularly and thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
• Drivers are requested thoroughly clean all surfaces of their vehicles, including door handles, control panels, touchscreens, directional & wiper control stalks at the beginning and the end of their work day

Please note that our home delivery service will exclude the following regions : Wooton, Curepipe, Floréal, Cité L’Oiseau, Forest Side, Henrietta, Vacoas.

For your safety, and that of our employees,  we will drop your order off outside your house, without any contact.

Please bring your own pen in order to sign off the papers.
